In relation to the number of visits requested, "plan A" is the number of successful visits by care providers, while "plan B" is the number of successful replacement solutions.
YouTime has been launched in FRANCE. In anticipation of contracts with French public entities, French data are available through random simulations, based on the established observation that 40% of scheduled visits with care providers do not take place.
The simulation or forecasting model can be adjusted. For example, when heat waves concentrate requested visits between 7 and 9 AM, while the number of caregivers remains unchanged.
